The French Red Cross activated welcome centers for people coming from China or other areas affected by the virus. To help the most fragile, the French red Cross implemented a special action in all departments, called "the red Cross at your home". This helps vulnerable people stuck at home and in situation of social isolation. For the homeless people, the association provided food items.
